Four years in NHS in Hospitals and Community. Specialised in Adult Neurological, Paediatric, Developmental and Acquired Speech/Language Disorders, Dyspraxia, ASD. Dysfluency.
1988 Set up own Practice: Ravenscar House Clinic. Consultations are held in London, Guildford, Marlborough, Sherborne.
Founder and former Executive Chairman of The Association of Speech & Language Therapists in Independent Practice. This organisation is the officially recognised and affiliated (to RCSLT) representative body for the independent sector within the profession. (Awarded the Honours of the Royal College for this work).
Lectured for ten years at UCL on the ethics of working privately.
Over twenty years experience of child and adult disorders including children with special educational needs and over ten years experience of doing medico-legal assessments and reports for SEN children and as evidence for tribunals.
