I work with individuals, couples and groups from my private practice at Glencairn House where I have been since 1997. I now work evenings and weekends at the clinic and can be found at home usually during the hours of 10am to 4pm most weekdays
I work in an informal, conversational way which if following an Autogenic or CBT programme can last for a 10 week period
